Our Autonomous
Logistic Technology

ALS operates the Zelos autonomous vehicle fleet in Malaysia, a Level 4 self-driving logistics platform built for real-world delivery and transport operations.

How does it work?

icon

All-Around Awareness

Sensors covering a full 360° around the vehicle, so nothing is missed.

icon

Sees Far Ahead

Detects obstacles over 100 meters away, giving the vehicle time to react safely.

icon

Works in Real Conditions

Designed to keep performing reliably in rain, fog, and low-light conditions.

icon

Multiple Ways of Sensing

Combines cameras, radar, and LiDAR, so the vehicle isn't relying on just one way of detecting what's around it.

Intelligent System for Real-World Delivery

icon

Real-Time Object
Detection

Continuously identifies and tracks surrounding objects, including moving vehicles, pedestrians and static obstacles.

icon

Dynamic Object
Tracking

Monitors the movement and trajectory of surrounding objects to support real-time decision-making.

icon

Obstacle Detection &
Avoidance

Identifies obstacles along the vehicle’s path and enables the autonomous system to respond accordingly.

icon

Safe Stop &
Fallback

Designed with defined responses for situations where the autonomous system encounters conditions outside its operational parameters.

Got Questions?
We've Got You Covered.

What are the levels of autonomous driving (L1–L5)?
Autonomous vehicles are classified from Level 0 (no automation) to Level 5 (full automation, anywhere, no human ever needed).
Why is Level 4 the best option?
Level 5 doesn't exist as a commercial reality yet. Level 4 is where autonomous logistics is practical today. The vehicle operates independently within a defined, mapped area, suitable for warehouses, industrial parks, and fixed delivery corridors.
Are both the Z10 and Z5 Level 4 autonomous?
Yes. Both the Z10 and Z5 operate at Level 4 — each drives itself fully within its defined route or area, with no human input required.
What safety systems does Zelos use?
A multi-sensor suite including LiDAR, radar, and cameras providing 360° coverage, with detection range exceeding 100 meters for reliable obstacle avoidance.
What industries can these vehicles serve?
Warehousing, retail replenishment, parcel and postal delivery, and other logistics operations.
